My kid comes up with the funniest stuff. When she see's an airplane in the sky, she will tell you they are "going shopping". She wants "hippo rides" instead of piggy back rides. The list goes on.
Yesterday, when picking her up from daycare, I think I heard the best though. When I arrived to get her, she was in just a plain white onsie. No pants. Weird since I definitely sent her in pants. And a different shirt for that matter. I assumed she had a potty accident.
Well it was a potty accident, but not the kind you think. Her teacher found her in the bathroom PLAYING in the toilet water. She was drenched in it. When asked what she was doing, she told them "Swimming"
I couldn't help but laugh about it.
